17. player. 53. . Offensive Lineman. Cleveland Browns. Tyler Biadasz

The Cleveland Browns are another one of those teams that came into the season with very high expectations, especially after bringing in so much talent in the offseason. Quarterback Baker Mayfield was electrifying as a rookie, proving to be the right choice with the No. 1 overall pick, but he has struggled with consistency in year No. 2.

As the Browns head towards another season out of the playoffs,  they have to start taking a real look at this roster. They have needs on both sides of the ball, but one area that stands out is along the offensive line, where they could look to bring in a versatile offensive lineman like Tyler Biadasz from Wisconsin.

Biadasz can play both center, or guard at the NFL level, and based on what we have seen from the interior of this line this season,  they need help. Remember, Cleveland has elite weapons in Nick Chubb, Odell Beckham Jr., Jarvis Landry, and David Njoku, now they just need to do a better job protecting Mayfield.

18. player. 28. . Wide Receiver. Las Vegas Raiders. Henry Ruggs III

The Oakland Raiders have played terrible football on both sides of the ball in recent weeks, as their offense and defense have been atrocious in their three straight losses. While the defense has been non-existent, as has been the play of their wide receiver group, and the Raiders may want to use one of their two first rounders on that position group next April.

This offseason, Oakland made the move for Antonio Brown, and that certainly blew up in their face, as Brown did not play one snap for the franchise. That left Tyrell Williams as the next man up in the WR1 role, and he just is not good enough to take on that kind of responsibility, though he is a terrific WR2.

With the No. 18 overall selection, the Las Vegas Raiders should draft a guy like Henry Ruggs III out of Alabama, who has the kind of jets this offense needs. Derek Carr is getting no help from his wideout group, and by adding Ruggs, he gets the WR1 that he so needs, while moving Williams to WR2, and having Hunter Renfrow in the slot. Win, win, win.
