Duds

Malcolm Brogdon (vs BOS – $7,200 on DK; $8,000 on FD): It’s a tough matchup for the Pacers as the Celtics are great against the position. Brogdon might get you value, but I have concerns that he’ll get much more than that, which is a concern on such a big night. You need your high salary guys to deliver in a big way and I don’t think Brogdon has it in him on Wednesday.

Kemba Walker (at IND – $7,600 on DK; $7,700 on FD): Jayson Tatum is available for roughly the same price and I like his ceiling more in this matchup. Much like Brogdon, Kemba will likely end up getting at least value in this one, but I worry about his overall ceiling. I’m much more confident in Tatum.

Brandon Ingram (at MIL – $7,800 on DK; $8,800 on FD): This is a rough matchup for Ingram and the rest of the Pelicans. Their offense has been good for the majority of the season but I’m not feeling any opponent against the Bucks right now. Especially a guy like Ingram who can live with shots that are frowned about by most of the league. There is much better value below him with more favorable matchups that you should take advantage of.

Kawhi Leonard (at TOR – $8,700 on DK; $9,600 on FD): Kawhi returns to Toronto and usually I love these revenge games. But he was just around value in the first meeting, though his salary was higher and there was no Paul George. It’s tough to doubt Kawhi, and while I’m sure he’ll have a solid outing, the addition of George means he doesn’t have to do as much and he’s not a guy that is going to chase his numbers in a revenge outing.

Russell Westbrook (at CLE – $9,800 on DK; $10,400 on FD): Westbrook is coming off arguably his best game of the season. Which means he’ll turn in a bad outing in this one. As always, every time I place Westbrook in this category, he seems to play very well. So maybe I’m jinxing him again. The matchup is great, I just don’t trust the one game Westbrook boost because I’ve seen it too many times.
