player. 812. . RB. Buckeyes . Kevontre Bradford. 22

  • High School: Lancaster (Lancaster, TX)
  • Composite Ranking: No. 136, No. 14 RB

One of the uncommitted recruits that could land just about anywhere right now is running back Kevontre Bradford. There doesn’t seem to be a complete consensus on his decision as to where he could go.

Two schools that stand out in terms of visits and success developing running backs are Wisconsin and Ohio State. Bradford is a running back that plays with tremendous burst and can cut back and turn up the field in a hurry.

His explosive running style makes him a distance threat and although he didn’t catch many passes in his high school career in Texas, he can be used as a weapon in the passing game.

It’s tough to predict where he could end up, but one thing is for sure and that’s the Buckeyes have shown a great success rate with running backs through their history, especially recently. J.K. Dobbins has played a big role in carrying Ohio State this year.

Ohio State could be a drawback as they already have a couple commits at the position and the Badgers don’t have any yet, but it could be hard passing up the allure of the Big Ten champs.

Prediction: Ohio State

854. . WR. Sun Devils . Elijhah Badger. 21. player

  • High School: Folsom (Folsom, CA)
  • Composite Ranking: No. 123, No. 23 WR

The Arizona State Sun Devils have a chance to leave this class with three of the top uncommitted recruits currently, along with two from Folsom, California. The Sun Devils both have a strong chance at all-purpose back Daniyel Ngata and wide receiver/defensive back Elijhah Badger.

ASU’s work in Southern California under Antonio Pierce and others has helped pave the way for them to have a chance at landing some of the best talent in the region. Badger would be a huge weapon for them to add around quarterback Jayden Daniels, should they choose to keep him as a receiver.

His prowess as a potential defensive back is also intriguing for the Sun Devils. Herm Edwards wants football players and has made it very clear he has a unique vision of what that entails.

Badger is the sort of player where it doesn’t matter what side of the field he ends up playing on, he’s going to find his way to make plays. He made an official visit to Tempe back in September and just received an in-home visit from Edwards and his staff here in December. Trying not to look too much into things, but his eyes sure look set on ASU.

Prediction: Arizona State
