Aggies . Antonio Doyle. 16. player. 873. . OLB

  • High School: Lutheran North (St. Louis, MO)
  • Composite Ranking: No. 97, No. 8 OLB

St. Louis product Antonio Doyle will actually be announcing his commitment a couple of days before National Signing Day.  The outside linebacker is sifting between some offers and it appears that he has his mind made up with his decision coming up.

The 6-foot-4 and 230-pound linebacker already possess great size that should make him an effective EDGE at the college level. He’s made visits to Texas A&M, Illinois and Oklahoma since decommitting from Missouri.

With the Tigers having since gone through a coaching change, it looks like that ship may have sailed. The experts think that Doyle is primed to go play for Jimbo Fisher at Texas A&M, which has developed some fantastic EDGE defenders.

Look at Lovie Smith and the Illini making a push. Illinois really began to show some life this season and are going bowling again. It’d be a great snag for Illinois, but the smart money is apparently on the Aggies.

Prediction: Texas A&M

Cardinals . Marcus Dumervil. 15. player. 849. . OT

  • High School: St. Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
  • Composite Ranking: No. 95, No. 11 OT

The beauty of National Signing Day is you never know which way a recruit is going to go until they ultimately sign their letter of intent. Offensive tackle Marcus Dumervil is one of those recruits to follow until the very end.

The 6-foot-5 offensive tackle is one of the top uncommitted recruits remaining at his position and it’s going to see if he goes where the experts him expect him to or if he follows in the footsteps of his family.

Right now the experts think Dumervil is headed to LSU. However, his uncle Elvis Dumervil played for Louisville and his cousin is also with the program as well. Marcus has paid another official visit to the program leading up to National Signing Day as well.

Going to LSU wouldn’t shock anyone as they are the top dog in college football at the moment. However, there’s something to be said for family tradition and it’s interesting to watch his final days leading up to his announcement.

Prediction: Louisville
