player. 30. . Offensive Tackle. New York Jets. Tristan Wirfs. 7

The New York Jets took on the Baltimore Ravens inside M&T Bank Stadium on Thursday night, and were shredded by Lamar Jackson and this Ravens offense. In all fairness, Jackson has been making a mockery of every defense he has faced this season, and the Jets were short-handed in this one without Jamal Adams and Quinnen Williams.

In Adam Gase’s first season as head coach in New York, things have not gone as planned, and the fans are already clamoring for his job. While management has said that he is not going anywhere, he needs to fix this thing quick, and that includes building up a solid offensive line in front of franchise quarterback Sam Darnold.

General manager Joe Douglas is big on building teams from the line back, and you can be sure he is going to use his first draft pick as the team’s GM on the offensive line. Tristan Wirfs is considered by many to be the best offensive tackle in this draft class, and while that remains to be seen, he can play both sides of the line, and would be a guy they can plug in for the next  ten years.

52. . Safety. Jacksonville Jaguars. Grant Delpit. 8. player

The Jacksonville Jaguars went into their game against the Oakland Raiders as one of the worst teams in football, but came away with a shocking victory. Trailing the Silver and Black all game long in the final game in Oakland, the Jaguars found their mojo late in the game, and won it on a touchdown pass from rookie quarterback Gardner Minshew.

Heading into next season, there is bound to be a lot of changes within the organization, as the 2019 season has been an absolute disaster. They are struggling to play consistent football on both sides of the ball, and the signing of big-money free agent quarterback Nick Foles looks like a big mistake right now.

During the 2019 season, the Jags traded away All-Pro cornerback Jalen Ramsey, leaving them a bit depleted in their secondary. At No. 8 overall, they can bring in one of the better defensive backs in the draft class, adding LSU safety Grant Delpit to a defensive backfield that needs help at both spots moving forward.
