Cleveland Browns. Alex Leatherwood. 15. player. 53. . Offensive Lineman

The Cleveland Browns are an absolute mess right now, which is pretty surprising when you consider all the hype that surrounded this team before the season started. Quarterback Baker Mayfield was coming off a historic rookie season, and after adding big pieces, all signs pointed to them taking over the NFC North.

Well, the Browns are still the Browns, and heading into Week 16, they are clinging on to very thin playoff hopes. Cleveland has had their issues on both sides of the ball, and Mayfield has not had the same kind of magic, but the real problems with this offense stem from the fact they have a terrible offensive line.

At No. 15 overall, Cleveland can help address that need with one of the better overall offensive linemen in this draft class. Alex Leatherwood is another Alabama offensive lineman who can play tackle, or guard at the next level, and for the Browns, they just have to start stacking talent along this offensive line in a hurry.

Philadelphia Eagles. Jerry Jeudy. 16. player. 54. . Wide Receiver

The Philadelphia Eagles have a huge matchup in front of them in Week 16, as they will take on division rival Dallas to move ahead of them in the NFC East. Both teams come into the game sitting at 7-7, and fresh off wins this past weekend, so you can be sure it is going to be quite the battle in the City of Brotherly Love in Week 16.

Over the course of the season, the Eagles have had more than their fair share of issues, whether it be on offense, or defense. The offense has the talent to put up points, but one thing has become evident in 2019, and it is that they need to go out and get a true WR1 during the 2020 NFL Draft.

Luckily for the Eagles, they get one here at No. 16 overall, as Alabama wideout Jerry Jeudy falls to them in the middle of the first round. Of course, Jeudy could go a lot earlier than 16, but if he does fall here, he become a guy that quarterback Carson Wentz can target for the next ten years in this Eagles offense.
