50. . Cornerback. Detroit Lions. Jeffrey Okudah. 3. player

The Detroit Lions went into Denver and lost their 11th game of the season on Sunday, as they continue to struggle without Matthew Stafford under center. Prior to his injury, Stafford was having one of the better seasons of his career, and the  team has really taken a dive since he went out.

As it stands now, the Lions will hold the No. 3 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, and they may want to take a premium player at a premium position. Jeffrey Okudah is widely regarded as the best cornerback in this draft class, and would be an immediate impact starter on this Lions defense in 2020.

Okudah can flat out cover, has tremendous hands, and is one of the smarter defensive backs in this draft class. The Lions struggle big time against the pass, and if they can add Okudah next April, they will shore up one of the bigger holes on that side of the ball.

31. . Offensive Tackle. New York Giants. Andrew Thomas. 4. player

The New York Giants lost the Chase Young sweepstakes on Sunday against the Washington Redskins, but they certainly got reason to believe in their future. Daniel Jones, making his first start in three weeks, absolutely shredded the Redskins, throwing for five touchdowns in the overtime victory.

With how well Jones played, as well as running back Saquon Barkley, the Giants have to be happy with where they are moving forward, but they need to get  better up front on that side of the ball. If the Giants end up picking at No. 4 overall, they could end up getting the best overall offensive lineman in the draft class, adding Andrew Thomas from Georgia.

Thomas would enable the Giants to move Nate Solder to the right side, which could have a positive impact on his career. This is a team that could be very exciting on that side of the ball moving forward, and if they can get better up front, there is no reason why the combo of Jones and Barkley cannot be a special one.
