Tommy Kramer Division

21. Andy Dalton (LW: 23)

Dalton has one more game in Cincinnati, and then it’s likely time for free agency. Dalton has been underrated in the Queen City, but the results haven’t been there.

20. Sam Darnold (LW: 20)

Darnold is facing a pivotal season in 2020. The flashes are evident, but the consistency has been lacking.

19. Kyler Murray (LW: 18)

Murray has a ton of upside. The Cardinals and Murray are in a good place moving forward. Look for a big jump in Year 2.

18. Philip Rivers (LW: 15)

Rivers is likely finishing up his career with the Chargers this Sunday. The future is uncertain, but we’ll always have the bolo ties and family-size jokes.

17. Josh Allen (LW: 17)

Allen is boom or bust. There are some weeks where Allen looks like an emerging star. There are others he looks like a backup. Another quarterback where the third year is huge.

Steve Grogan Division

16. Carson Wentz (LW: 19)

Wentz needs a real set of receivers. Once he has that, let’s revisit the situation.

15. Derek Carr (LW: 16)

Is Carr going to be the starter in Vegas next year? Tough to say. There’s some talent, but he’s reached his ceiling.

14. Jared Goff (LW: 14)

Goff will end up throwing for 4,500+ yards this year, but it’s a backslide from where he was a year ago. The Rams need to get him playing like a top-10 quarterback on an annual basis.

13. Jameis Winston (LW: 13)

Winston is fascinating. He’s about to throw for 5,000 yards with 30+ touchdowns and maybe 30 interceptions. Wild times.
