Starbucks has fueled you through the busy holiday season, and it will be there for you on New Year’s Day. Starbucks will be open for business on New Year’s Day, with most locations operating under their normal operating hours.

Starbucks is a popular destination for many people in the mornings. Even if you sleep late on the first day of 2020, you can still get your chai and croissant and continue about your day.

For the most part, you can count on Starbucks almost every day of the year. Most locations opt for holiday hours rather than a full store closure, which is great for coffee lovers and it’s a boon for employees looking to make more money with holiday pay. The only locations that tend to close are ones inside malls, big box stores or other places that close down on holidays. Other than that, you can expect most Starbucks to be open on any given holiday.

Whether it’s a family trip to get your favorite warm beverages or convincing your uncle to pick up drinks for everyone, you’ll find that Starbucks is as busy on holiday mornings as it is on any other day.

And since Christmas and Hanukkah are behind us, make sure you bring your gift cards with you on your New Year’s Day coffee run!
