player. 123. . Wide Receiver. Dallas Cowboys. Henry Ruggs III. 17

The Dallas Cowboys lost out on the division title over the past two weeks, as they lost to the Philadelphia Eagles on the road in Week 16, and then went on to see the Eagles clinch first place with a road victory over the New York Giants. While it remains to be seen whether or not Jason Garrett and his staff will be back in 2020, there are still a bunch of other questions to be answered as well.

One of those questions comes from the wide receiver position, where both Amari Cooper and Randall Cobb are slated to be free agents this offseason. If the Cowboys cannot get Cooper to agree on a deal, and he wants monster money, they will have to look towards the draft, where they could get another Alabama product.

Henry Ruggs III is the fastest wide receiver in this draft class, and would be an excellent fit for this Cowboys offense and quarterback Dak Prescott. Remember, this franchise has been handing out tons of money over the past few months, and they many not have enough to pay Prescott, so a rookie may have to take over the reins as the top wideout for the Cowboys next season.

59. . Wide Receiver. Miami Dolphins. Tee Higgins. 18. player

With their second of three first round draft picks, the Miami Dolphins should look to add an elite wide receiver to the mix, bringing in Tee Higgins from Clemson. After selecting their franchise quarterback early in round one, it would make sense for the team to add a player like Higgins, who has a championship pedigree, and can make all the catches necessary at the NFL level.

The Dolphins actually played much better than their record this past season, and it is clear that new head coach Brian Flores is changing the culture in the organization. Despite losing a ton of their top players to trades, Miami kept fighting, and capped off their season with a huge road victory over the New England Patriots.

Those are the kinds of victories that can springboard an organization, and they should be a much better team in 2020 with all the draft capital they have. Higgins is a guy who will put his head down and play the game the right way, which is the kind of player that this organization is trying to bring in moving forward.
