Scrubs

Dennis Schroder (at PHI – $6,300 on DK; $5,800 on FD): Schroder has played relatively consistent all season and his price has dropped on FD, which is a big help. The Sixers can be a tough matchup with their defense but they are also an inconsistent group and that is concerning. Meanwhile, there are few teams in the league hotter than Oklahoma City. Schroder shouldn’t hurt you and the ceiling is higher given his opportunities.

Aaron Holiday (at CHA – $5,800 on DK; $5,600 on FD): Aside from a game against Denver, Holiday has been a consistent performer since moving into the starting lineup. He had a strong game against the Hornets the last time these two teams played and that was coming off the bench. He’s taking advantage of the injury to Brogdon and this is a great matchup against the Hornets. Expect another strong outing from him in this one.

Al Horford (vs OKC – $5,400 on DK; $5,400 on FD): Horford has had some very rough outings in recent games as the Sixers try to figure out what is happening. But this is a matchup he always dominates. He can rarely miss against the Thunder and he simply finds a way to make an impact. The salary has dropped and it’s a nice time to buy low on him. It’s a risk, but I’m going to trust my Thunder killers to be Thunder killers.

Enes Kanter (at WAS – $5,800 on DK; $5,400 on FD): Kanter has provided consistent output even in limited minutes. Production has never been an issue for Kanter as he’s nearly a walking double double whenever he gets the minutes. And he’s getting the minutes on most nights for the Celtics right now. It’s a great matchup and Kanter should be able to take advantage of it with his usual output and then some.

Harrison Barnes (vs GS – $5,700 on DK; $5,000 on FD): Barnes is one of the more inconsistent players in the league but he’s coming off a very good game against the Pelicans and this is a matchup he always does well against. There’s always a revenge factor in mind for Barnes since the Warriors essentially dropped him for Kevin Durant. And given the state of the Warriors, this is the best chance for him to continue to take out his frustrations.
