28. . Wide Receiver. Las Vegas Raiders. Tee Higgins. 19. player

The Oakland Raiders struggled mightily at the wide receiver position in 2019, as they planned on Antonio Brown leading the way when they began training camp. We all know what happened with AB during the summer, between him burning his feet, his helmet not being right, or him going downright crazy towards general manager Mike Mayock.

By the time the Raiders kicked off their season, Tyrell Williams was the team’s WR1, and he battled through inconsistent play, and injuries all year long. Going into next season, they have to find an answer at the top of their depth chart, and Tee Higgins from Clemson could be the answer at No. 19 overall.

The Raiders got great production out of their Clemson draft picks this past season, as Clelin Ferrell, Trayvon Mullen, and Hunter Renfrow all played a big role for the team. Higgins is a special talent from his wide receiver position, and it would be interesting to see him teamed back up with Renfrow at the NFL level.

Wide Receiver. Jacksonville Jaguars. Laviska Shenault Jr.. 20. player. 52.

With their 2019 season going off the rails, and star Jalen Ramsey taking shots at the organization, it was time for the Jacksonville Jaguars and their star cornerback  to part ways.  They found a partner waiting with open arms in the Los Angeles Rams, who figured that Ramsey was the final piece to their playoff puzzle.

Unfortunately for the Rams, they would find themselves finishing outside of the playoffs, and now there is no guarantee that Ramsey will re-sign with the team. For the Jaguars, they netted the Rams first round pick in 2020 for the cornerback, and they should look to bring in a playmaker on the offensive side of the ball with the selection.

Laviska Shenault Jr. is an exciting prospect, and one who can get the job done not only in the passing game, but also as a return man. Whether or not Nick Foles or Gardner Minshew are under center in 2020, this is a franchise that needs more playmakers on the outside, and by taking Shenault at No. 20 overall, they would be getting a true WR1.
