player. 46. . Wide Receiver. Indianapolis Colts. CeeDee Lamb. 13

The Indianapolis Colts had a tough end to the 2019 NFL season, as they were beaten badly on the road against the lowly Jacksonville Jaguars. Early in the season, it looked like Jacoby Brissett may lead this team to a playoff berth, which would have been incredible considering Andrew Luck retired during the preseason.

Moving forward, the organization has not committed to Brissett long-term, which is why they only signed him to a short-term deal. Brissett showed some good things in his first full season as the starter, but looking ahead to the 2020 NFL Draft, them moving up to select a quarterback in the first round is not out of the question.

If the Colts do decide to roll with Brissett, or bring someone else in via free agency, they would be wise to add some talent to the wide receiver group at No. 13 overall. CeeDee Lamb from Oklahoma is arguably the best wideout in this draft class, and would be a perfect fit alongside T.Y. Hilton on this offense next season.

Grant Delpit. 14. player. 48. . Safety. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers finished the year in perfect fashion, as starting quarterback Jameis Winston threw a pick-six in overtime, leading to another loss. While Winston led the NFL in passing yards this past season, he also showed he cannot stop throwing interceptions, which is an issue at any level.

It remains to be seen whether or not Bruce Arians holds on to Winston for another season, as he already said he can win with another quarterback. If they do decide to roll the dice on Winston for 2020, they should utilize their first round pick on the defensive side of the ball, bringing in the best safety in this draft class.

Grant Delpit from LSU would be an excellent addition to this secondary, which traded away former first round cornerback Vernon Hargreaves during the 2019 NFL season. Delpit is excellent in coverage, has soft hands, and in an NFC South dominated by good quarterback play, he would fill an immediate need in the Buccaneers defensive backfield.
