Scrubs

Kyle Kuzma (MATCHUP – $5,900 on DK; $4,700 on FD): Kuzma is always a wild card with his inconsistency but I would image he’s going to get the shots following his performance against OKC. And if Anthony Davis (or LeBron) doesn’t play, then that will open up more opportunities for Kuzma. It’s also a great matchup considering they’re up against the Cavaliers. He’s worth taking, especially if the injuries work out for him.

Markelle Fultz (at SAC – $5,900 on DK; $5,500 on FD): Fultz continue to put up consistent numbers for the Magic and now he has a great matchup against the Kings. The Magic have shown that they can get their offense going against weak defensive teams and the Kings are in the bottom half of the league when it comes to defense. Fultz remains one of the better value options given his consistency and price.

Miles Bridges (at POR – $5,600 on DK; $5,000 on FD): It’s a back to back for the Hornets, which is always a little concerning. And Bridges wasn’t great against the Suns, which is also concerning. But Bridges can do a little bit of everything and isn’t at a bad salary given the matchup. He was playing well prior to Phoenix and I think he’ll bounce back here.

Darius Garland (at LAL – $4,800 on DK; $4,700 on FD): While I’m not a fan of Collin Sexton (more on him later), I do like the way Garland has been playing as of late. He’s been productive for the Cavaliers and has shown a nice scoring tough in recent games. It’s a tough matchup but he’s at a good price where he should at least get you value and not hurt you. And his ceiling is higher based on recent play.

Gorgui Dieng (vs OKC – $6,000 on DK; $4,500 on FD): They are banking on Towns playing with the price Dieng is set at. And if Towns does end up playing, this that will certainly hurt Dieng’s value as he’s coming off the bench. But if Towns doesn’t play and Dieng draws the start once again, this is a steal of a price for him.
