Duds

Andre Drummond (at BOS – $9,400 on DK; $10,200 on FD): Drummond is hit and miss against the Celtics typically. He hasn’t been great in recent outings and that’s a concern. The Pistons aren’t good and with the trade rumors, it’s tough to know where he’s at mentally. It’s a high price and there is better value below him.

Bradley Beal (at CHI – $8,400 on DK; $7,700 on FD): Beal looked good in his return against the Jazz. But this is another tough matchup as the Bulls overall defense is good. And the Wizards has other guys step up in his absence, which means the opportunities are spread out a bit more. Beal most likely isn’t hurting you. I’m just concerned with his ceiling given the new Wizards dynamic.

Hassan Whiteside (at HOU – $ 8,200on DK; $9,500 on FD): The Rockets are great against the position and Whiteside struggles with consistency. And the Blazers just struggle with good teams in general. The double double threat is always there but Houston’s style does limit rebounds and Capela is sound on his end of the floor.

DeMar DeRozan (at MIA – $7,900 on DK; $7,800 on FD): DeRozan has been consistent as of late but he’s dealing with a tough matchup against the Heat. He’s going to get his opportunities and maybe Aldridge is the guy you should up staying away from. Either way, there is better value with better matchups out there for Wednesday.

Chris Paul (vs TOR – $6,600 on DK; $7,000 on FD): Paul is typically consistent and his price is down. But the Raptors are getting healthy and that’s a concern. Shai turning into an absolute stud also means Paul fall back a bit, which he seems comfortable doing. This will likely be a defense game and with so many games, there are better matchups to take advantage of.
