DraftKings EuroLeague Guards:

Shane Larkin is on a tear again, but I still view Nick Calathes as a better option today. Real Madrid locked down Larkin pretty good earlier this year. Calathes had a slightly below average 31.75 against Villeurbanne the first time around. Calathes is the safe pick and probably has the better upside.

If you don’t want to mess with that, there’s always the Nando and Kostas Sloukas show for Fenerbahce. Nando has slowed down to the point that I’d rather pay for Sloukas and pair him with someone else instead of using both. There’s enough value to put Sloukas with Calathes, but you may have to take some unsavory risks to do so.

Jimmer Fredette continues to be a wild card. The inconsistency of Thomas Walkup, even with Grigonis out, has me wanting to avoid the whole situation. The only one I really like from this tier is Krunoslav Simon because of the consistency. However, if Micic plays in any capacity, I’m off of Simon too. Larkin’s production would likely take a bit of a hit as well.

Lukas Lekavicius is the true replacement for Grigonis. He is the steady hand and is very consistent. Walkup can break a slate or your lineup. There often isn’t an in between.

Peyton Siva is now playing half the game and putting up close to full production. He still isn’t priced like it. Marcus Eriksson is probably a safer option, but if they keep increasing Siva’s minutes, his upside is much higher.

Not many at any price can match what Tyrese Rice is doing lately. He has 56.75 DraftKings points over the last two rounds. We have seen this from Rice before, but rarely has he been able to keep it up. For this price, he’s worth the risk. So is Theo Maledon in a superb matchup.
