DraftKings NBA picks January 25: Money can buy Love

DraftKings NBA Shooting Guards:
Zach LaVine‘s price is still over $9,000 despite three straight games under 40 DraftKings points. The silver lining is that LaVine racked up 68.5 DraftKings points on Cleveland last Friday. Take that for what you will.
Me? I’d rather go for the upside of SGA or Derrick Rose at a much lower price. Rose continues to do everything for the Pistons right now, and they looked a lot better starting Rose and Reggie in the backcourt together. Langston Galloway‘s value takes a bit of a hit, but we weren’t going to use him anyway. Rose is racking up the assists to along with leading the team in scoring. If Drummond is out again, lock in Rose.
Don’t ignore SGA either. In two games against Minnesota this year, he has 105.75 DraftKings points. I’m running him with Rose and Jackson if Drummond is out. Actually, I’m using SGA regardless. Minnesota looked respectable last night against the Rockets, but can they play respectable defense two night in a row?
Collin Sexton has cleared 40 DraftKings points twice in the last four games. He came close with 37.75 against the Bulls last Friday. That’s plenty good enough to use him here, but Sexton kind of gets lost in the shuffle with all of the other good guards tonight.
That Furkan guy will be starting for J-Rich for the immediate future. Matisse Thybulle will see an uptick in minutes too, but Furkan will get first crack since he put up 27 DraftKings points in 27 minutes on the Raptors on Wednesday. He’s still cheap enough to use with that kind of production.
