DraftKings NBA Power Forwards:

Will A.D. play? I would say it’s likely since he played in both games of the back to back in New York this week. This could be a game where Davis takes over since he likely wont have to deal with Horford. That said, don’t expect a ceiling game from Davis.

I honestly think Kevin Love is a better play tonight which means he will likely be a bust. Past stats are on my side. Love has 102.75 DraftKings points in 65 minutes against the Bulls this year. Love has been a bit enigmatic lately, but come on. It’s the Bulls. As if they weren’t bad enough up front anyway, Markkanen went down too.

The middle tier at PF is a barren wasteland. It feels like whoever dodges the lineup assassins at the forward positions will win big tonight. It’s not even about nailing the guards. It’s about avoiding the land mines at the forward positions.

Larry Nance is playing a lot and playing well. He is the only reason that I’m not all in on Love to top 50 again. I think Nance is likely well over 30, which makes him a very nice value here. Hell, use them both. The Bulls wont be stopping anyone with that depleted front line.

That’s two nice games in a row for Taurean Prince against two strong defensive teams in the Clippers and 76ers. Prince looks like a bargain at this price at a position where we really need it.

It would seem that if Drummond returns, Thon Maker is the guy that loses his recent production. Both Christian Wood and Maker put up strong games in the two games with Drummond out. If Drummond is back, one of them loses almost all value. I still think Maker starts, but Wood is the safer pick with more upside.

It’s all hands on deck for the Bulls up front, but that doesn’t mean good fantasy numbers for all of them. Luke Kornet has been about as ineffective as you could possibly be with the minutes he plays. Thad Young is a much better option. Even the newly activated Chandler Hutchison is a better play than Kornet.
