DraftKings NBA Shooting Guards:

Best Bets:

James Harden ($11,200): You’re paying for a glass ceiling here. Harden finally broke out of his slump against Dallas on Friday, and he was actually rather efficient in doing so. His output against the Pelicans this year is almost the same as Westbrook’s. Go Westbrook for cash. Harden is the GPP play. There isn’t enough comfortable value for me to cram both of them in.

Devin Booker ($8,700): Under most circumstances, I wouldn’t touch Booker against the Bucks. This is a tough defensive team against most positions. However, if Rubio is out, that means Booker runs the point and racks up the assists. The Thunder limited his peripherals on Friday to hold him to a subpar DFS day, but he still scored 27 actual points before fouling out. Booker has just enough upside to consider today.

Honorable Mention:

Jrue Holiday ($8,000): Holiday has 89.25 DraftKings points in two games against the Rockets so far. It’s no secret that the Rockets aren’t a good defensive team either. The emergence of Zion has cut into Holiday’s production some, but what he has missed out on in scoring, Holiday has picked up on the defensive end. He has six blocks and six steals over the last two games. That will rack up points in a hurry.

Dark Horses:

Eric Gordon ($5,900): Gordon is going to play a ton of minutes here too. I’m curious to see how successful the Rockets will be running small against Zion and Favors, not to mention Ingram. If Ingram winds up on Gordon, it could be ugly. That said, Gordon is mostly a spot up shooter anyway. His value lives and dies by the three, as will your lineup if you use him.

Josh Hart ($3,800): Hart is mostly an afterthought in the Pelicans offense now, but he still managed to post a double-double against Memphis on Friday. Hart will continue to have some value so long as Zion is on a minutes cap. Hart’s role is dwindling a little, but he still offers the team more than Redick can.
