Duds

Anthony Davis (vs PHO – $ on DK; $10,400 on FD): It’s a great matchup because the Suns are the Suns. But Davis is a high salary guy who doesn’t always get the opportunity to deliver with LeBron and the rest of the Lakers. He probably won’t hurt you because he’s Anthony Davis. But there is value below him with better ceilings.

John Collins (at ORL – $8,500 on DK; $7,500 on FD): Collins has been playing very well as of late but his history against the Magic is not good. And that’s what concerns me. The Magic is mediocre against the position but they are a rather solid defensive team. There is better value in a guy like Porzingis who is a cheaper option with better circumstances.

Devin Booker (at LAL – $8,000 on DK; $8,000 on FD): The Lakers are worse against the position than you may think given their overall defense. Booker has a high ceiling but I like guys like Middleton and Dinwiddie more than him. He’s been a tad too inconsistent as of late and his history against the Lakers isn’t the best.

DeMar DeRozan (at DEN – $7,700 on DK; $7,500 on FD): DeRozan was down in a big way against the Kings and now he has a tough matchup against a good Denver team. He’s been fairly consistent this season but I’m not sold on him in this matchup. He’ll get his shots, which does help.

De’Aaron Fox (at MIL – $7,500 on DK; $7,600 on FD): It’s a tough matchup against the Bucks and Fox is coming off a rough stretch. Until he shows some kind of consistency or ability to bounce back, there’s not much reason to trust him. Especially in this matchup. Look elsewhere in this game or on the slate.
