13. player. 46. . Defensive Lineman. Indianapolis Colts. Javon Kinlaw

The Indianapolis Colts are another team to keep an eye on this offseason, as they could be in the market for one of these veteran quarterbacks hitting free agency. The Colts can get out of the money owed to Jacoby Brissett if he is traded this offseason, and one name that is starting to be linked to them is Philip Rivers, who was shown the door by the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday.

Indianapolis has a ton of talent on both sides of the ball, especially up front along the offensive line, which is something Rivers never had with the Chargers. If they do decide to go the free agent route for the quarterback spot, they should look to bolster the other side of the line with pick No. 13, bringing in Javon Kinlaw from South Carolina.

Kinlaw is an interesting prospect, as I believe a strong Pro Day and NFL Scouting Combine could propel him into the top-10 of this draft. However, if he is available at No. 13, he fills an immediate need for the Colts, as they continue to get younger, and more talented on the defensive side of the ball.

48. . Quarterback. Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Jordan Love. 14. player

There’s no doubt Jameis Winston can put up numbers. In fact, he led the NFL in passing yards this past season. Unfortunately, he also has shown a tendency to  throw the ball to the other team, something head coach Bruce Arians can’t stand.

As the Tampa Bay Buccaneers enter the 2020 offseason, Winston is no longer under contract, and it will be interesting to see if the team decides to move on from the former No. 1 overall pick. If they do, they will be in the market for one of the free-agent quarterbacks available, but they also could roll the dice here at No. 14 on Jordan Love from Utah State.

In terms of pure throwing ability, as well as the ability to make plays with his feet, Love is as good as any quarterback in this draft class. Like Daniel Jones, he did not have the best stats during his last season of college football, but his Pro Day and Combine are going to go a long way towards him rocketing up draft boards.
