4. Kevin Pierre-Louis, Inside Linebacker

The Rams are looking at the possibility of losing both Cory Littleton and Bryce Hager via free agency. That would mean both of last year’s starting inside linebackers are no longer on the roster. Obviously, this is a problem for a team looking to make a long playoff run.

Los Angeles’ biggest problem is they really don’t have the cap space to make a ton of moves via free agency. This means they’ll need to find some bargains when they can.

Kevin Pierre-Louis would fit the bill as a bargain free agent who is coming off a strong season with the Chicago Bears. He didn’t see much action until later in the year after taking over for the injured Danny Trevathan.

However, Pierre-Louis made the most of his opportunity. He made a ton of impact plays including an interception and plenty of pass breakups.

Pierre-Louis is an explosive athlete who plays with a spark. He is always in attack mode and constantly flying to the football. His time in Chicago showed that he has more than enough talent to be a starting linebacker in the NFL.

His market might be a little slow to develop based on the fact he’s a bit of a one-hit-wonder and is already 28-years old.
