Duds

Caris LeVert (at MIA – $8,200 on DK; $7,400 on FD): It’s not a great matchup for Brooklyn, though Miami has slipped as of late. LeVert has to share time with Dinwiddie and the price overall is just a tad too high. The Heat are good against the position. As well despite their recent struggles.

Gordon Hayward (vs HOU – $7,400 on DK; $6,100 on FD): Someone on the Celtics will likely suffer and since I’m big on Brown and Tatum, Hayward seems like the guy who won’t be able to capitalize quite as much. The ceiling is high so is his chance of bottoming out.

DeMar DeRozan (vs ORL – $7,600 on DK; $7,500 on FD): DeRozan can be inconsistent and the Magic can be stout defensively. There are a lot of good options on Saturday and DeRozan doesn’t quite measure to the top guys or offer value that’s below him.

Kevin Love (vs IND – $6,700 on DK; $6,300 on FD): Love’s numbers have dipped since the trade as he just is sort of there with Cavs trying to build youth. It’s a back to back and the Pacers aren’t the easiest matchup. There’s better value elsewhere in this one.

Jonas Valanciunas (vs LAL – $6,400 on DK; $6,200 on FD): It’s a back to back for Memphis and it’s not like they’ve been playing great basketball as of late. Valanciunas has been inconsistent and the Lakers are great against the position. Too much working against him in this one.
