Duds

Nikola Jokic (vs TOR – $9,300 on DK; $9,500 on FD): I’m cold on this matchup because there’s so much better value with better matchups on Sunday. Jokic obviously has a high ceiling but it also comes with a high price. And I’m not sure he’ll be able to meet expectations and provide the value needed.

Pascal Siakam (at DEN – $8,700 on DK; $8,100 on FD): The same thing said about Jokic also applies to Siakam. The ceiling is high but it’s a tough matchup and he’s at a high price. There’s guys who have better matchups and are at better prices who can provide better overall value.

Lonzo Ball (vs LAL – $7,200 on DK; $6,800 on FD): Lonzo can be hit and miss and guys simply have to suffer when there’s this much amount of talent and the salaries they are all out. I typically like Lonzo against the Lakers but the circumstances have changed with Zion back and the overall talent.

Buddy Hield (vs. DET – $5,800 on DK; $5,700 on FD): Hield simply has been great in the last few outings. It’s a solid matchup overall but the Pistons are good against the position and that’s a red flag. Hield might not hurt you but there’s better value elsewhere even on the slow night.
