Duds

James Harden (vs LAC – $10,700 on DK; $11,200 on FD): This is all about the salary. Harden will probably be in line for a good output, but will he be the top scorer on the night? I have my doubts given the matchup and the way the Clippers are going to play him. There’s plenty of good value below him and better guys with better matchups to build around on Thursday.

Al Horford (at SAC – $7,000 on DK; $6,300 on FD): Horford is inconsistent and while the opportunities are there with the injuries, the Kings are very good against the position. There’s better value on the Sixers in a game that should have plenty of offense, though Horford probably won’t hurt you in this matchup.

Montrezl Harrell (at HOU – $6,500 on DK; $5,700 on FD): The Clippers will probably look to Harrell a fair bit given the matchup but that’s honestly a detriment for them. Harrell is too inconsistent for my liking and while the upside is there, the Clippers have two dominant scorers that they can rely on rather that running the majority of their offense through Harrell.

Next. DraftKings NBA picks March 5. dark

Nemanja Bjelica (vs PHI – $6,000 on DK; $4,900 on FD): The price isn’t that high on Bjelica, but it’s too high for what he’s given you as of late. The matchup isn’t bad with all the injuries to the Sixers but there is better value elsewhere on a slow night. It’s not a risk worth taking on Thursday. The price isn’t bad on FD but stay away on DK.
