Duds

Anthony Davis (vs MIL – $9,800 on DK; $10,400 on FD): Davis always has a high ceiling but this game feels kore about the Giannis and LeBron showdown. Davis is at the obvious disadvantages in this matchup as not being the primary ball handler. And the Bucks do have the length to bother him as well. There’s a lot of good value on Friday and Davis doesn’t stand out to me.

D’Angelo Russell (vs ORL – $8,800 on DK; $8,100 on FD): Russell is inconsistent and while he had a good game against the Magic the other week, they are good against the position and Russell’s inconsistencies worry me far too much to trust him on a night with so many top players.

Devin Booker (vs POR – $8,400 on DK; $8,300 on FD): Booker has been up and down in recent games and I just can’t figure him out. The Blazers aren’t good and there should be enough scoring in this game to think that Booker can explode from a scoring standpoint but it’s not happening with any consistency and I just can’t trust him at this price on a big night of action.

CJ McCollum (at PHO – $8,200 on DK; $8,000 on FD): Lillard is back and that means McCollum takes a step back. His price had dropped but it’s still too high given the rest of the value and players on Friday. Whiteside is a better option and obviously if you want to spend more, Lillard is the far better option.

Jrue Holiday (vs MIA – $8,100 on DK; $8,400 on FD): It’s a tough matchup for the Pelicans and they are great against the position. The Pelicans have better value on their own team with Ingram, Lonzo, and Zion. Holiday might not hurt you but there’s better value on his own team and better and value in other games given the matchups.
