16. OT Anthony Castonzo

Castonzo is one of the best left tackles around, and after some retirement speculation he’s going to play in 2020.

Since coming into the league in 2012, Pro Football Focus has never graded Castonzo lower than 76.9 in a single season, and his lowest grade ranking among offensive tackles has been 27th. He was one of the three highest-graded left tackles of 2019. Among all offensive lineman last year, PFF ranked Castonzo ninth as he was credited (or discredited, as it were) with only three sacks and five quarterback pressures allowed all season.

Castonzo may take it year-by-year in terms of his playing future, and the Colts could embrace that by franchise-tagging him. But the better bet is a multi-year deal to keep the best player on a very good offensive line in place as a proverbial “Colt for life,” and Indianapolis has plenty of cap space to pay Castonzo what he’s worth.
