1. WR Robby Anderson (New York Jets)

Things can change in a heartbeat when it comes to NFL free agency. In the case of New York Jets’ wide receiver Robby Anderson, he appears to be confident yet cautious when it comes to his future with the Green and White.

“l think they definitely want me back,” explained the four-year pro recently on ESPN’s NFL Live (via Brian Costello of the New York Post)  said. “I truly do want to be back with the Jets. I love Sam (Darnold). I love my teammates, Jamal (Adams) and all those guys. I feel like there’s unfinished business there that I’ve been trying to get done since I got there. I would hope to finish out the mission, all in all, but it’s a business.”

The former undrafted free agent from Temple University has missed just two games in four NFL seasons. Anderson has totaled 207 receptions for 3,059 yards and 20 touchdowns with the Green and White. But it should also be noted that the 26-year-old performer has been targeted 382 times, which adds up to a less-than-scintillating 54.2 career reception percentage.

Still, Anderson can help Kyle Shanahan and Jimmy Garoppolo stretch the field. And he may be the team’s best option given the club’s financial limitations. Could he and Taylor Gabriel (if signed) make up for the possible departure of Emmanuel Sanders?
