2. QB Jameis Winston

Something has to go wrong for a 26-year-old quarterback who led the league in passing to hit the open market, but that’s the case with Jameis Winston. Head coach Bruce Arians clearly soured on Winston, who led the league in interceptions with 30.

If Winston can cut down on his mistakes — easier said than done — there is still franchise-quarterback potential here. It will take the right situation to tap into that potential, so watch where Winston lands very carefully.

1. DE Jadeveon Clowney

The top pick in the 2014 draft has never really become the dominant sack artist people thought he would be, but Clowney is still a really good football player. Clowney was a relatively cheap rental for the Seahawks last year and only got three sacks, but he was a game-wrecker all over the field.

Health has always been an issue for Clowney, who has had to play through nagging injuries for years, and teams have questioned whether or not he truly loves football. Those concerns have suppressed Clowney’s market to date, but if he takes these slights to heart Clowney could provide major value for his next organization.
