Iowa St.. Tyrese Haliburton. 10. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. 66. 6-foot-5 | G. player

The Phoenix Suns are one of those teams with multiple guys already locked into in their long-term starting lineup (Devin Booker, Deandre Ayton, Mikal Bridges), so adding another scorer may be the route they take. Tyrese Haliburton is a questionable fit next to Booker, but the pair of combo guards could take turns running point down the road. Ricky Rubio is 29, and will be fine for a couple more years while Haliburton figures out the league.

The Iowa St. product projects as a do-it-all guard who can function off-ball as a floor-spacer or initiate pick-and-roll offense. Phoenix is looking for another scorer to take some of the load off Booker, and with Ayton and Bridges aiming to hold down other positions, Haliburton may be the pick here.
