The Jaguar Way sounds more like a tourist trap where you pay a premium to wear a fanny pack and get sunburnt than it is a football way of life. No chance the players aren’t going to buy into what he’s saying.

People in their 60s go to Florida to retire, not change football cultures. If Belichick were 15 years younger, he could do the impossible and make the Jaguars what they were as an expansion team under Coughlin in the late 1990s. Unless he’s going to Miami to face the Dolphins once a year, it wouldn’t be a good idea to have Belichick coaching football in Florida at this stage of his career.
