1. G Justin Turner – Bowling Green to Marquette

The top player left in the transfer portal is Bowling Green’s Justin Turner. He can add instant offense to any program. As a redshirt junior, Turner averaged 18.8 points per game and 4.6 rebounds per game for the Falcons.

Turner is a dream target for teams in need of offense since scouts rave about his ability to score from pretty much anywhere on the floor. There is a good chance that Turner could be a star at a high-major school, which makes him a perfect fit for Marquette.

The Golden Eagles have lost a lot of pieces over the past few years, but their most significant departure is the pending graduation of Markus Howard, who was second in the country in scoring last season. Howard’s production won’t be easily replaced but Turner could fill a significant part of that void for Marquette.

This is also a dream fit for Turner, who would be the leading man on a contending team in the Big East. Turner could explode with the Golden Eagles and turn himself into a legitimate NBA prospect, making this a strong partnership for both sides.
