The Dolphins add more help on the offensive line to protect Justin Herbert with his former Ducks teammate, Shane Lemieux.

Lemieux started all 52 games of his Oregon career at left guard, a remarkable feat particularly at a Power 5 school. He won’t wow you with athleticism but is technically sound with good upper body strength.

Lemieux is the type of player who can fill in at any spot you need him in the interior in the event of injury with the upside to become a solid starter down the line. The Dolphins can’t afford to not protect their franchise quarterback and it can’t hurt for Herbert to have a familiar face protecting him as he starts his NFL career.
