6. Wisconsin

A lot of schools have traditions that run deep in their college football Saturdays. These traditions are a part of what makes college football so great, and why when attending one, fans are sure to get more than just a great football game.

Many of these traditions, however, are quite similar and while that’s perfectly fine, but it’s always refreshing to see one’s that are different. Wisconsin’s Jump Around is one of those traditions and it’s a big part of what makes the atmosphere at Camp  Randall Stadium so great.

Watching the cameras around the stadium shake from a full crowd of 80,321 jumping to the sound of the music never gets old. While this tradition is great, it’s only one part of the atmosphere that makes watching games in Madison, Wisconsin so great. It also only goes so far if the team isn’t winning but that isn’t the case for the Badgers.

In fact, Wisconsin has been one of the best in the country when it comes to winning games in their own stadium as they have gone 61-8, winning 88.4 percent of their games in Camp Randall Stadium. This is tied for No. 5 in college football with LSU and is a testament to the success of the Wisconsin program over the last decade.

While all of these wins haven’t resulted in many championships for the program, it’s still hard to deny the greatness of the program and it really emphasizes just how good they are at home.
