36. . Edge. Seattle Seahawks. A.J. Epenesa. 27. player

The Seattle Seahawks made it all the way to the Divisional Round last season, thanks to strong play from quarterback Russell Wilson, and a solid effort from the defense. In fact, many believed it would be a down year for Seattle, and one could argue it was both Wilson’s, and head coach Pete Carroll’s best work.

Prior to the 2019 season, the Seahawks brought in Jadeveon Clowney, a former first round pick who they expected to sign after the season. However, he is still listed as a free agent, and it may be time for the Seahawks to turn their attention to a guy like A.J. Epenesa from Iowa late in round one.

If the Seahawks cannot get Clowney under contract, Epenesa would be a great consolation prize for them heading into next season. Some believe this could be the second-best edge rusher in this draft class, and by adding him to the mix, the Seahawks fill the biggest void left on the defensive side of the ball.

28. player. 26. . Wide Receiver. Baltimore Ravens. Laviska Shenault Jr.

The Baltimore Ravens have a good thing going heading into the 2020 NFL season, as they return the league’s Most Valuable Player from a year ago. Lamar Jackson proved that he can do so much more than just make plays with his feet, and as he enters Year No. 3, it is time for him to start winning playoff games.

For the second straight season, the Ravens lost in their first playoff game, though this time they did it as the No. 1 overall seed in the AFC. They added a solid weapon at wideout in Hollywood Brown during the 2019 NFL Draft, and in 2020, they use the No. 28 overall pick on another tremendous college playmaker.

Laviska Shenault Jr. is a guy who can get the job done in the passing game, and in the return game, giving the Ravens an incredible weapon this late in the draft. Baltimore is not going anywhere, and if Jackson continues to take steps forward, they could find themselves hoisting the Lombardi Trophy sooner than later.
