After snatching up Jaylon Ferguson from Louisiana Tech in the 2019 draft, the Ravens head back to the Bulldogs’ roster to take his talented former teammate, cornerback Amik Robertson.

Robertson may be just 5-foot-8 but certainly doesn’t play like it. He isn’t afraid of matchups with bigger wideouts, as evidenced by his 14 career interceptions.

Tavon Young’s return from a neck injury that cost him the entire 2019 season is plenty enough reason to pick up a player like Robertson who can slot in as his replacement or backup in nickel packages.

After being gashed by the Titans’ run game in the playoffs, Baltimore is going to continue to be aggressive in adding players in the middle of the defense. Defensive tackle DaVon Hamilton of Ohio State is one player who could help to address that porous run defense in round three.

Hamilton (6-foot-4, 320 pounds) was a standout at the Senior Bowl in Mobile and had a breakout senior season for the Buckeyes, logging 6.0 sacks after not posting more than 0.5 in a single season before 2019.

He has outstanding upper body strength and although he may have enough twitch to be better suited in a 4-3, I think he has enough power at the point of attack to be a gap-shooting nose tackle in the Ravens’ defensive scheme.
