Hey, I never said they weren’t going to take an offensive tackle.
St. John’s (Minnesota) offensive tackle is a small-school prospect with big-time traits that seem destined to land him within the first 100 picks.
At 6-foot-6, 309 pounds, Bartch is a moldable talent with the frame to anchor either side of the offensive line at the pro level. There are obviously questions about Bartch being able to handle the jump from Divison III, but a nice week at the Senior Bowl certainly helped to mitigate those concerns.
Bartch is also notable for inventing the most horrifying smoothie of all time, which should probably hurt his draft stock more than it has up to this point.
