QB: Gardner Minshew

RBs: Leonard Fournette

WRs: DJ Chark, Dede WestbrookChris Conley

TEs: Tyler Eifert, James O’Shaughnessy

Nick Foles getting hurt in week 1 opened the door to Minshew Mania. The mustached rookie played in 14 games, starting 12, and threw for 3,271 yards, 21 touchdowns and six interceptions. Foles is now in Chicago, giving way to Minshew to start the whole season. With his cannon of an arm, he can put up big numbers but is susceptible to a mistake or two.

Fournette played in 15 games for the first time in his career. He looked good doing so, carrying the ball 265 times for 1,152 yards. The downside was that he only had three touchdowns. Fournette also had 76 receptions for another 522 yards. With no backup creeping into his playing time, Fournette will continue to be the bell cow in this backfield. I expect the Jaguars to be a run-first team.

Chark led the team with 1,008 yards and eight touchdowns. Westbrook was targeted 100 times and had 66 receptions for 660 yards and three scores. Conley was able to put up 775 yards and five touchdowns on 47 receptions. In PPR leagues, Chark and Westbrook will be drafted. Conley falls to bench territory.

The Jaguars bringing in Eifert is an interesting move. He’s played in all 16 games just once in his career, that being last season. His best year came in 2015, so who knows what kind of season he can have. The Jaguars quarterbacks don’t target tight ends often. O’Shaughnessy was targeted just 20 times last year. Eifert is a proven player but the injuries have made him unreliable.
