2nd round

Yetur Gross-Matos has been a pretty popular pick at this spot and it’s clear why. Not only does he offer value at a position of need, but he would also be reunited with former position coach Sean Spencer.

Spencer led the recruiting efforts to bring Gross-Matos to Penn State and could seek to continue the pair’s relationship at the next level.

Gross-Matos offers an exciting toolbox of athletic pass-rushing traits but could still use further technical refinement to maximize his potential. YGM, as he’s sometimes referred to, is even a New Jersey native who grew up idolizing former Giant Jason Pierre-Paul.

This feels like a one of the best prospect-to-team matches in the entire draft and helps Joe Judge add a talented pass rusher to his defense after passing on Simmons in round one.
