Denver Broncos 2020 NFL Draft grades: Jerry Jeudy leads class
After losing Chris Harris Jr. to free agency, the Broncos had to replenish their secondary. Adding A.J. Bouye was a start, but Ojemudia adds some youth to the group. Provided Bryce Callahan can stay healthy, Denver suddenly has an intriguing corner group with Justin Simmons and Kareem Jackson playing deep.
Cushenberry is a terrific value here. Some believed the national champion would go in the mid-second round, and yet the Broncos scoop him up in the third. Denver desperately needs to be better up front, and after losing Connor McGovern this offseason to the New York Jets in free agency, there should be competition at center. This is a fantastic get for Elway and Co.
Agim will join a quality defensive line. The Broncos traded a seventh-round pick over the winter to bring Jurrell Casey in from the Tennessee Titans, all while retaining Shelby Harris. Agim likely provides some depth as a rotational player in the early going, allowing him to improve his technique. At Arkansas, Agim racked up 8.5 tackles for loss and five sacks in 2019.
