Best draft pick: Jordan Jefferson, WR, LSU

Kirk Cousins is going to love having Jefferson to throw to just like Burrow loved having him the last two years. He’s going to dominate out of the slot and make big plays with the ball in his hands. It’ll be tough to ask him to replace Diggs right away as a rookie but in the long-term, Jefferson will be a No. 1 receiver who racks up 1,000-yard seasons and makes multiple Pro Bowls.

Worst draft pick: Cameron Dantzler, CB, Mississippi State

It’s tough to bet on a cornerback when they’re as slow as Dantzler. I like elements of his game, like his length and competitiveness, especially against LSU last year. But it’s tough to be a great cornerback in the NFL with a 4.64 40. I understand the logic in taking Dantzler and see what Spielman sees in him reaching his potential. But if it doesn’t work out, he may be a free safety, and in the third round, that’s not entirely too bad.

Grade: B+
