2. Dodgers vs. Angels

You want lots of star power? This is a matchup that will provide plenty of that. The Los Angeles Dodgers feature former MVPs Cody Bellinger and Mookie Betts. For the Los Angeles Angels, Mike Trout, Shohei Ohtani and Anthony Rendon will lace it up for them.

This is a matchup baseball fans usually get once per year, but the opportunity to see the Freeway Series more often will be a treat for those who watch. There is little doubt that this matchup will earn plenty of national television slots.

Most days, you can get from Dodger Stadium to Angel Stadium in a little under an hour. That is a bus ride that both the Dodgers and Angels will take should the season resume this summer. The Dodgers are a perennial World Series contender, but the Angels should be right up there as well.

One of the best parts of the possible new realignment is that teams will play more interleague games than in years past. The Dodgers and the Angels will be one of the many interleague matchups baseball fans should keep their eyes on when the season resumes.
