Final Record: 8-8

The Cardinals finish the season at .500. They did pretty bad in the division, going 1-5. However, they went 7-3 against the rest of their schedule. The Cardinals have a really good chance to turn around their season thanks to the schedule staring them in the face. They might be favored in more matchups than they’re the underdog, which is not something we expect to see from the Cardinals in general.

This team has the franchise quarterback, the interesting coach with an offensive philosophy and a defense that has stars and upside. There is a lot to like about this team, and if things fall right they could have a winning record.

We expect to see some huge numbers from Kyler Murray, Deandre Hopkins and Chandler Jones. A lot of that has to do with playing some of the worst teams in the league. There’s also the fact they are the second year in a complicated offense looking to air it out.

The Cardinals made a lot of smart moves in the offseason, and they have a really good combination of veterans and young talent. It doesn’t feel like the year for the Cardinals to compete, but they are close. It’s going to be a really fun year to watch the Cardinals, especially that offense.
