1. Marquise Brown

Brown made a ton of big plays for the Ravens in his rookie season, but they need him to become a more well-rounded receiver in year two. Simply put, he needs to catch more than 46 passes in 2020.

The Ravens have every confidence he can do just that. That’s why they waited until Round 3 to add a receiver in this year’s draft. Devin Duvernay can help this team right away, but he’s not a threat to Brown’s status as the team’s No. 1 wideout.

That means Brown has to learn how to add the ordinary catches to his game. Sometimes he can help this offense by executing a simple eight yard out to earn a first down. Every route he runs doesn’t have to be designed to produce a long touchdown.

The Ravens don’t want Brown to lose his edge as a big play threat, but they do need him to add some substance to his style. Upping his catch total to 75 with the same ratio of big plays would make him one of the most dangerou receivers in football. That’s the target for Brown this season.
