Final record: 11-5, NFC West champs

It won’t be easy, but the Seahawks find a way to reclaim the NFC West crown for the first time since 2016. The sweep of the 49ers proves critical in the Seahawks’ efforts, ensuring playoff football at CenturyLink Field.

The question with this team becomes how good they will be in a road playoff game. 11-5 ensures a home date on Wild Card weekend, but it won’t be good enough to ensure home-field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs.

Having Russell Wilson on their side is a big plus for Seattle since he has shown a penchant for stepping up when the pressure is at its highest. The Seahawks have only missed the playoffs only once in Wilson’s career, giving him plenty of opportunities to experience playoff football.

Either way, the regular season should be a successful one for Seattle, setting up the Seahawks for a playoff run. Wilson will need to elevate his teammates to take a good squad all the way to the Super Bowl to pursue a second championship that would all but ensure a place in Canton after his career is over.
