The Titans aren’t going to magically transform into a high-flying aerial attack in 2020. That doesn’t mean they won’t need a wide receiver to step up and make big plays on a regular basis.

Brown’s rookie campaign positions him nicely to be the team’s No. 1 wideout moving forward. 52 catches isn’t an overly impressive total, but racking up over 1,000 yards illustrates just how dynamic the former Ole Miss star can be as a deep threat.

The key for Brown this season will be to prove that he can make more of the ordinary catches for Tannehill. He doesn’t need to suddenly become a 100 catch guy, but he needs to increase his reception total if he wants to keep the chains moving for his team.

The challenge for Brown is that he’s not going to be able to speak up on opposing secondaries any longer. He’ll need to adjust to being the focal point of the Titans passing attack. His ability to make that leap will go a long way towards determining Tennessee’s offensive success.
