College football recruiting predictions for every 2021 5-star recruit
- High School: Eastside Catholic (Sammamish, WA)
- Composite Rankings: No. 2, No. 2 SDE
The state of Washington has produced three five-star recruits for the 2021 class. Shout out to the Pacific Northwest for producing some of college football’s future stars.
J.T. Tuimoloau is the number two strong-side defensive end in the country and yet another five-star recruit that is coming in with a pro-ready body. He’s going to be an impact player early with an elite ability to set the edge while also being able to be a force in pass rushing and possessing the athleticism to match up against running backs.
The commitment from Tuimoloau will be interesting. Ohio State already has two commits at the position and while he could certainly find his way to Columbus, staying in the state of Washington to play for the Huskies, who don’t have any commits at the position yet also makes a lot of sense.
Prediction: Washington
- High School: Centennial (Corona, CA)
- Composite Rankings: No. 1, No. 1 SDE
The top recruit in the 2021 class is Korey Foreman. The strong-side defensive end from Corona is a muscle-bound machine with plenty of quickness behind each step.
At 6-foot-4 and 265 pounds, Foreman is going to step onto a college campus with a body that is arguably NFL ready and is going to make an impact from day one. He’s going to push to be one of the best EDGE rushers in college football early and he’s got a variety of tools in his arsenal to make him one.
With offers from top programs all over, would Foreman stay at home to play for USC? If there’s any program that needs something big right now its the Trojans. They chose to stand by head coach Clay Helton and it wasn’t the most popular decision for some. The once steady giant has become something of a roller coaster and is looking for stability. Landing the number one recruit in the nation would be a major, positive step for USC.
Prediction: USC
