College football recruiting predictions for every 2021 5-star recruit

The LSU Tigers are coming off a historic season that culminated in a National Championship and saw many top players taken in the NFL Draft. As a result and just like every other program, they’re going to have to restock the cupboard at many positions.
Fortunately for the Tigers, they’re able to do so with five-star recruits. One recruit that hasn’t announced his commitment but should end up a Tiger, is defensive tackle Maason Smith. The Louisiana native is the definition of an anchor on the defensive line.
At 6-foot-5 and 316 pounds, Smith is already a mountain of an individual. Despite his size, he’s still able to move well and will be a headache for any interior offensive lineman to try and move off the ball. It makes all the sense in the world for Smith to stay home and join LSU.

Yet another five-star recruit has given their commitment to Ohio State. TreVeyon Henderson announced his commitment to the program at the end of March. With an offensive lineman and quarterback already in place, adding one of the top running backs in the nation makes sense.
We’ve seen the success the Buckeyes have had with running backs recently. The Ravens recently selected J.K. Dobbins, as the Buckeyes continue to produce multiple talented running backs.
Henderson finished with over 2,400 rushing yards in 2019 along with close to 300 receiving yards. He’s more than just a runner and has flashed the ability to catch the ball out of the backfield as well. Simply put, Henderson just produces.
