Each NFL team’s biggest Hall of Fame snub
Carolina Panthers: WR Muhsin Muhammad
Consider wide receiver Muhsin Muhammad and his contributions in 14 seasons. He still holds the record for the longest TD reception in Super Bowl history (85 yards), and during his career in Charlotte, he totaled 696 receptions, 9,255 yards and 50 scores. Add in his days with the Bears and that’s 860 grabs, 11,438 yards and 62 touchdowns.

Chicago Bears: C Jay Hilgenberg
This year, Chicago Bears will see star tackle Jimbo Covert take his place among the greats at the Pro Football Hall of Fame. But longtime center Jay Hilgenberg was a mainstay for the team’s offensive line for 12 seasons, the last 10 of which he was the primary starter at the pivot. He was a seven-time Pro Bowler and picked up All-Pro honors on two occasions.

Cincinnati Bengals: QB Ken Anderson
He was a standout before the rule changes that took place in 1978. Cleveland Browns: OLB Clay Matthews Jr.
The Browns had some standout teams in the 1980s and defenses led by outside linebacker Clay Matthews Jr. He toiled in Cleveland for 16 years and ended his career with the Falcons.
