The Rams aim to look past last season and return to the Super Bowl in 2020, and it starts with Jared Goff. Critical to Goff’s success, his receivers need to be better than ever. Let’s talk about one of those receivers.

Robert Woods (currently ranked as: WR19): We all know Robert Woods is good. We’ve seen his skill reflected on the field and in the box scores. The Rams are going to need him more than ever to help their offense get back to the 2018 version. With the departure of Brandin Cooks, we can expect even more targets to be going to Robert. I get the sense that the Rams will not be as run heavy as recent years and will instead rely on more short passing routes to Robert Woods and Cooper Kupp, leading to both being PPR monsters. Jared Goff has been his best when he is able to get the ball out of his hands quick. That starts with running short plays to Robert Woods and letting him pick up yards after the catch. Robert Woods finished as WR14 last year in PPR. He even missed a game during that stretch. 2019 was a down year for the whole team, Jared Goff in particular. This year, Robert Woods is going to surpass all expectations.

Bold Prediction Time:  Robert Woods will finish with 100+ catches, 1200+ and 7+ TD’s (All Career Highs) and be a top 5 fantasy WR. BOOK IT!

Last but not least, the Seattle Seahawks.
